After several years working as a specialist design and marketing consultant in the Preston area, Nathan Westgate came up with the idea for Secretly Famous™ through his passion for working with these type of special, independently owned places. It is a brand which he holds dear to his heart as it embraces everything that's unique about spending quality time in our incredibly beautiful country – something he now does for a living whilst finding special places along the way!

The real beauty of Secretly Famous™ is that there's no specific criteria. However, the people who work there all have amazing passion for what they do, champion the use of the best local produce and must be independently owned – no big chains will be found here!
